Our family is reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for help for our beloved niece, Aleah Gonzalez who recently suffered a tragic accident that has changed her life in an instant.
On March 18, 2026 Aleah Gonzalez fell from a 9th-story balcony in a devastating accident. By a miracle, she survived, but she sustained severe injuries and has been fighting through an incredibly difficult recovery ever since. She has already undergone four major surgeries, including the placement of a metal rod in her femur, forearm and fingers. She still faces a long road ahead with ongoing medical care and intensive physical rehabilitation.
Despite everything, Aleah has shown incredible strength and bravery. She is a fighter, and every day she continues to inspire us with her courage and determination to heal.
Her parents, Joe and Michelle have remained by her side every moment they are allowed, supporting her through surgeries, hospital stays, and the emotional toll of this traumatic experience. Because the hospital is far from home, they have been staying in a nearby hotel so they can be present for her care and recovery. These unexpected travel and lodging expenses, combined with mounting medical bills and future rehabilitation costs, have placed a tremendous financial strain on the family.
We are asking for help to:
* Cover hotel and travel expenses so her parents can continue to stay close to her during recovery
* Help with medical bills from multiple surgeries and hospital stays
* Support physical therapy and rehabilitation, which will be essential for her to regain mobility and independence
In addition to this page, we are also accepting donations via Cash App and Venmo. Please reach out to a member of the family for the specific handles/usernames to ensure your contribution reaches Joe and Michelle directly.
No family is ever prepared for something like this. Any contribution no matter the size will go directly toward helping Aleah heal and ensuring her parents can continue to be there for her every step of the way. If you are unable to donate, sharing this page and keeping Aleah in your thoughts and prayers means just as much.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your compassion, generosity, and support during this incredibly difficult time.
With gratitude,
Gonzalez Family
