Hello, My name is DeAnna Hawkins and I’m creating this campaign on behalf of my Beautiful daughter Aleah. Aleah is a 9 year old walking miracle. Aleah unfortunately was diagnosed with Digeorge syndrome with heart defect ( tetralogy of fallot pulmonary artery and ventricular septal defect) within the next two months she will be having a major cardiac surgery which will have me absent from work for at least a month or two to care for her recovery. Due to me being a single mother of (3)that’s going to cause a major deficiency in funds. Aleah has been dealing with this issue since birth and this will make surgery number 4.
