Hello, my name is Julius Obazee. I’m setting up this fundraiser for my brother, Albert, with his full consent. Mr Ralph Odua is helping to conduct outreach and support for this campaign.

Recently, Albert experienced a traumatic incident that has seriously affected his health, wellbeing, and daily life. The matter is currently under police investigation, so we cannot share details publicly, and we want to respect that process.

What I can share is that this situation has disrupted Albert’s recovery and stability. He is focusing on healing and regaining a sense of safety, but the costs of medical care, counselling, and safety-related needs have become overwhelming. Many people have asked how they could help, and since he isn’t able to manage a fundraiser himself right now, Ralph and I are stepping in to make this possible.

This situation has also caused significant stress and concern for our wider family, including relatives back in Nigeria. For their safety and privacy, we cannot share specifics, but the pressure and fear surrounding this situation have affected all of us deeply.

Funds raised will go toward:

i. Medical care and recovery expenses

ii. Mental health support and counselling

iii. Safety-related needs or temporary relocation if necessary

iv. Basic living expenses while Albert recovers
