My name is Joseph Cruz and I truly appreciate you taking the time to read my story. My family and I were hit with the news a few months ago that our son, Albert Lozano, has kidney failure and is in need of a kidney transplant. He is only 25 years old and serves his church, never used drugs, not a drinker, just a remarkable young man. The doctors are saying that simply something attacked his kidneys, and they are now functioning at 5%. The last few months have been difficult for him, but we have found a MATCH and need help with the upcoming medical costs, recovery process, and loss of wages.
