Support Alanna's Journey to Stability

Hi everyone,

My name is Alanna and I am currently seeking the kindness and generosity of my village. I've gone back and forth with myself on whether I wanted to go this route, but I remembered the kindness of others when my first cat was sick.

I am currently facing a situation I never thought I'd find myself in. For the past three years, I have had a series of medical emergencies and setbacks that have affected every aspect of my life including employment and stable housing.

I am now facing the possibility of losing my apartment if I don't pay rental arrears by the end of February. I have been unemployed since August of 2024 and have been diligently seeking work, but the market has been incredibly tough.

I have not given up by a long shot but decided it was time to turn to my community in my time of need. This situation I find myself in has taught me that it can happen to anyone.
