Support Alanna's Journey to Mobility and Independence

We are raising Money for Alanna Oswald.

She has heterotopic ossification in her left hip and thigh. Her body is growing random bones where it shouldn't, and has invaded her hip joint. It is persistent, and after being removed once (an overflowing 16 oz styrofoam cup worth just from her hip joint. Bones growing in her thigh muscle are inoperable), followed by radiation and drug therapy, it immediately grew back. There is no cure for it. It may go into remission, but can re-occur at any time, and will affect anywhere any major trauma happens in a body.

Alanna has lived her current home her entire life and was devastated to learn

she may never walk again. Confined to a wheelchair has created a long list of adaptive needs to keep her in her childhood home. She needs everything from an outdoor ramp for basic home accessibility to kitchen, bath, indoor stair lift and much much more! We are getting started with a Go Fund Me so she can come and go from her home safely and have it installed before winter.
