This year, Alana has qualified to compete for Canada at the ITU World Multisport Championships for the 8th time. Let’s rally together to support her and help her get there!

With the unwavering support of her husband, Ryan, and daughter, Emma, Alana has continued to push forward. Alana’s passion for the sport and her true grit in competition have led to some remarkable achievements.

In 2024, she successfully defended her Canadian Champion title in the sprint duathlon, achieving an unblemished record of 15 wins in 15 races. Alana also claimed the Québec Provincial Championship in both the Sprint and Olympic duathlon, won the Coupe Québec Race Series for the third consecutive year, and was honored with a nomination by Triathlon Quebec for Female Multisport Athlete of the Year.

Alana is truly an inspirational woman. Having had her daughter at 41 years old she has redefined what is possible by refusing to slow down. Instead, with relentless determination and an unstoppable spirit, she achieved the fastest run times of her career in 2024. Balancing high-level racing and training, caring for her 3-year-old daughter, and maintaining a full-time job, Alana, at 44 years old, is living proof that age is just a number. Her dedication, consistent training, and immense heart make all the difference.

Tous ceux qui ont eu le plaisir de rencontrer Alana conviendront sans aucun doute qu'elle est une personne extraordinaire. Sa chaleur et sa gentillesse authentiques ne sont qu'une partie de ce qui la rend si remarquable. Elle est vraiment une femme inspirante.

La passion d'Alana pour le sport et son véritable courage en compétition ont conduit à des réalisations remarquables.

En 2024, elle a défendu avec succès son titre de championne canadienne en duathlon sprint, réalisant un record parfait de 15 victoires en 15 courses. Concilier entre les compétitions et les entraînements de haut niveau, en prenant soin de sa fille de 3 ans et en maintenant un emploi à temps plein, Alana, à 44 ans, est la preuve vivante que l'âge n'est qu'un chiffre. Sa dévotion, son entraînement constant et son immense cœur font toute la différence.
