On August 9th, our dear friend Alain was admitted to the hospital and has been bravely fighting for his life in the ICU ever since after developing sepsis, a life-threatening infection.

It has been a long and difficult journey, but Alain has continued to show incredible strength and resilience. Day by day, he’s been making small but powerful steps forward—proving time and again that he’s a true fighter.

Throughout this time, his wife Gillian and his brother Jean have been by his side every step of the way—advocating for him, celebrating each small victory, and providing constant love and care. Their devotion has been unwavering, but the emotional and financial toll has been heavy.
