Hi! My name is Alaina, I’m a single mom of 3. My kiddos and I started over after divorce in the summer of 2021. Things have been cordial with my co-parent until recently when he decided to go through the court system to modify his child support payments. This has caused a delay in receiving payment. The process began in June 2025 and according to the many calls I’ve made will not be complete until after August 5, I was able to borrow money to cover our rent last month but the first of the month is quickly arriving and I am concerned on how I will be able to make this payment without a child support payment.

I work full time and started school last year to earn a degree for more work opportunities.

It has been difficult financially but we have been able to stay afloat until now. on top of our monthly bills, school will be starting and supplies will be needed for 3 kiddos.
