My name is Alaa Abdullah Al-Abd Al-Kahlout. I was forced to flee from northern Gaza to Deir al-Balah, and my family and I are struggling to survive. There are eight of us living together in very harsh and difficult conditions. Since we were displaced, I have had no source of income, and we haven't received any assistance from any organization or institution. Our financial situation has become extremely critical.
We're living in a small, flimsy tent that doesn't protect us from the elements and isn't fit for human habitation. With Ramadan, the suffering has become even more unbearable. I can't provide my children with enough food regularly, and every day it pains me to see them hungry and in need. I also can't afford to provide them with suitable clothing, their daily necessities, or even a small amount of pocket money.
As a father, my heart breaks when I feel helpless to meet my family's most basic needs. I appeal to kind-hearted people around the world to extend a helping hand so we can provide food, clothing, and essential household items. Your generosity can restore dignity, relief, and hope to my family during this incredibly difficult time. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a huge difference and have a profound impact on our lives.
