We are raising money for Alaa and her family to survive the war in Gaza and help her study software engineering, and this is her story:

Hello human,

My name is Alaa, I am 21 years old from the devasted Gaza, Palestine. I am a web developer where I have a diploma in software and databases then, alongside my work, I joined the University of Palestine to obtain a bachelor’s degree in Software engineering, and I was about to start my third year, and here the war on Gaza began, which turned our lives upside down.

I had many dreams, ambitions and successes, a beautiful, colourful life, but as you know, since October 7th, our entire lives stopped, our future was lost, I lost my job, family members and the feeling of safety. We escaped from death many several times to several places to look for safety, but there is never a safe place in Gaza.

According to this terrifying war results, seems that the plane has changed, due to bombing schools, universities, hospitals, mosques and even residential areas. By destroying all of these aspects of life whether it was education, health, economic, employment there is no way to live a good life in this city, In addition to limited access to electricity and internet makes it impossible for me to continue my studies or work as a web developer. So me and my family have decided with a breaking heart to leave Gaza.

My only hope is to save my family of 8 members (3 sisters 'Ola, Eman and Sondos', 2 brothers 'Mohamed and Ahmad' , my parents 'Reem and Ala'a ' and me), and get out of Gaza, to start a new life from scratch. It is very difficult to leave your homeland, but we are forced.

To get out of Gaza, we need $5,000 per person as a price for the airport to be able to make it out of Gaza, with your donation every dollar can help, no matter how much, just help my family's life.
