The dedication and hard work of our team are the driving forces behind Ala Costa’s ability to provide high-quality programs and services for adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Their commitment ensures that our participants are empowered to lead self-determined lives while advocating for a more inclusive world.

This past year, our staff has gone above and beyond, helping our participants achieve incredible milestones. To recognize their efforts, we are committed to providing well-deserved bonuses—but we need your support to make it happen.

Our goal for 2025 is to raise $12,000, with 100% of donations going directly to the staff members who make a difference every day.
