Howdy everyone,

As most of you know, the Al Passo project has been slowly working to become a brick and mortar location to allow us to keep feeding you all. The opportunity has finally come, and the time to move forward is now.

Our location will still be at The Falstaff, along with its other amazing tenants, and we are excited to be part of this eclectic community that has allowed us to serve you each Sunday on their patio. Now, we look forward to being there each day, instead of just Sundays.

Ground has already been broken on the building and we are forging ahead—which is why we are now setting up a GoFundMe, and humbly asking for your help today as we take steps to officially open the doors of Al Passo.

We recognize our goal is high, but every donation is an opportunity to give back to you! We have set up various packages for you, our contributors. You can take a look below at the different contribution levels.

Our ultimate goal is to welcome you, feed you with an ever-changing and seasonal menu, while we create a sense of community and home, one dish at a time.
