Support Aki's liver transplant and fight against cancer.

My wife, Aki, was hospitalized a week ago and diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma or bile duct cancer, an aggressive disease that usually has few symptoms before it is diagnosed. The only cure is a liver transplant.

Once diagnosed, it is important to move fast with treatment, chemo, and radiation to prevent metastasis, which would take her off the transplant list. She has already had surgery for stent placement last week, and we will be meeting with the oncology and transplant team this week to discuss ongoing treatment.
