My name is Angelica, and along with her dad, Brandon, have supported our daughter Akira’s passion for dance since she was three years old. Over the years, we’ve watched her grow into a dedicated and hardworking young dancer. Akira currently attends Oakland School for the Arts, where dance is her primary discipline. She trains five days a week, both at school and through an external ballet program, constantly pushing herself to improve and develop her skills.

Akira has been accepted into the prestigious Debbie Allen Dance Academy Summer Intensive 2025, a remarkable opportunity to learn from some of the most renowned professionals in the dance world. We are reaching out to our community for support to help her attend this life-changing program and take the next step in her journey toward becoming a professional dancer.
