Help Ajay La’maar Heal and Rebuild

This is not easy for me to do, but I feel led by God to reach out for help. He reminds me that if I don’t ask, nothing will change.

This past year has been incredibly difficult. I was in a car accident that left me in severe pain, forcing me to leave my job. I desperately want to work, but my body simply won’t allow it. For the past six years, I have fought for disability benefits, only to be denied multiple times. Now, I’m at a breaking point.

My Health Battles

I suffer from Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Sciatica, Migraines, Hypoglycemia and Diabetes—conditions that make daily life an ongoing struggle. Recently, I received steroid injections for my sciatica, but they triggered a severe reaction, spiking my blood sugar to 547 and sending me to the ER twice. Since then, my body has been in constant pain and flare-ups, making even basic tasks unbearable.

In addition, I have a rod in my right leg from my hip to my knee due to surgery five years ago. My sciatica pain on my left side forces me to shift my weight, worsening the pain on my right side. Sitting is excruciating, as it feels like I’m pressing directly on the nerve, making it flare up even more.

I have tried everything—physical therapy, acupuncture, yoga, dietary changes, herbal remedies and medications—but nothing has provided lasting relief. My doctor originally referred me for an epidural injection, but due to my reaction to steroids, they canceled the procedure, leaving me with few treatment options.

My Financial Crisis

Right now, my bank account is in the negative. I have a job available to me, but it is physically demanding and my body cannot endure the pain. I don’t know how I can work in this condition, and I am struggling to keep up with bills.

I poured my heart into writing a book as a form of therapy and a way to help others grow closer to God. However, I have only sold 19 copies in two months and I won’t receive that income for another two months.

Why I’m Asking for Help

I have multiple degrees and licenses in healthcare, security and the food industry, but my health is preventing me from working. Right now, I’m on medication to regulate my blood sugar, but because of my hypoglycemia, I have to be closely monitored. The constant fluctuations are triggering my fibromyalgia, even affecting the muscles around my heart.

I never imagined I would be in this situation, but I am reaching out because I have no other options. I need financial help to cover medical expenses, daily living costs and bills while I focus on healing and finding a way forward.
