Support Aiyana's Fight and Family Stability

My name is Aiyana. I am a 24-year-old mother of four beautiful children aged 9, 3, 2, and 1. I was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive cancer called Renal Medullary Carcinoma at stage 4. Since my diagnosis, my life has changed forever. I never would’ve imagined I would be 24 and fighting for my life.

Following my recent diagnosis, I understand that my lifetime may be limited. I would love to spend as much of my time making memories with my babies as I can.

Having completed my first chemotherapy treatment, we are all still adjusting to our new normal. As hard as this fight to just stay alive is, I am also fighting every day to provide for my children’s daily needs while waiting for disability social security.

Providing them stability and shelter has been an obstacle and major stress as we are currently experiencing homelessness and living in a shelter. Prior to finding out about my sickness, I was living paycheck to paycheck to get by, but without being able to work, we are currently dependent on whatever handouts are given. While I am blessed to have a family willing to step up for me physically, no one is capable of taking this huge burden of a family of 5 on financially.

I am starting this GoFundMe to provide permanent housing to my kids and myself. My goal for the money is to be able to pay for care expenses for my children and I. I also would love to be able to purchase a small home that my children and I will be able to call home and spend time together as a family. That they would always have to be able to stay together no matter whose care they are in.

Please help me leave this home for my children and provide for our everyday needs while we are waiting to receive income.
