Whether or not you recognize their faces, you have absolutely felt the impact Aimee and John have had on the St. Croix Valley community. Through selfless acts of volunteering or their jobs at local small businesses, this power couple has been sharing their talents and spreading joy to our neighbors for years. Aimee works at Joe to Go (Hudson), where she caffeinates the masses. John spends his days crafting the best pastries in the valley at Sweet Beet Bakery (New Richmond). Through their dedication and hard work, these small businesses have been able to make a big impact and show up for our community. Now, John and Aimee need us to show up for them.

Last weekend, Aimee's 19-year-old son experienced a medical emergency. After spending days by his bedside, she was faced with an impossible decision. Now, she and John are trying to navigate this world with one less seat at the dinner table.

It is our goal to raise funds to allow this family time to breathe, time to mourn, and time to heal. We hope that the community John and Aimee love so much will stand with them as they find their footing in impossible circumstances.
