Hi, I’m Kelsey Anderson, and I’m raising funds to support AIM Youth Mental Health — a cause that is deeply personal to me.

Mental health is something that’s touched my life in ways I don’t often talk about, but it’s real, and it’s close to home. Like so many others, I’ve seen the effects of mental health challenges on the young people I care about — the quiet struggles, the overwhelming pressures, and the moments when support felt too far away.

That’s why I’m supporting AIM Youth Mental Health, an incredible organization that is changing the way we support youth who are struggling. AIM’s mission is to bridge the gap between cutting-edge mental health research and real-world access to care. They empower young people to take charge of their mental health, while also training the adults in their lives — parents, teachers, coaches — to create safe, supportive environments.

This work is vital. Because no one should feel alone in their mental health journey — especially not kids.

With your help, we can:

• Implement evidence-based treatments that directly benefit young people in need.

• Provide critical training and resources for adults, so that entire communities are better equipped to support youth mental health.

I’ve set a fundraising goal of $5,000, and here’s the amazing part: if we reach it, my company, Edrington, will triple match every dollar — turning $5,000 into $20,000 for youth mental health programs!
