Hi, this is Jen and Amy. Our father lives in Easton, PA, and Melissa Hess is the property manager in the apartment complex where he lives. Melissa is the kindest soul ever and takes wonderful care of the community, and our father has benefited greatly from her care.
We have come to learn that Melissa's son has been through an arduous journey in his fight to regain health after years of kidney disease. A donor has been found, which will be a lifesaving measure for her son Aiden.
As you can imagine, the stress a mother faces to keep her son alive, maintain a full-time job, and search for a donor is significant. A donor has been found and the transplant will take place May 21, 2025.
We would like to help support Melissa and her family by creating this GoFundMe so that the stress of this process is eased for her family and so that she can be with him as much as possible. We could imagine funding going for transportation, lodging, or meals to help ease the burden of travel between Easton and Temple University.
We sincerely appreciate any donation of any size, and you can follow Aiden's journey at
