Hello everyone, this is my son Aiden Noah. He is 9 years old. For the past year we have been in search of a diagnosis to involuntary movements (silent seizures) in the right side of his body. As time passes they have only gotten worse, not allowing him to be able to live a normal life. He also has chiari malformation, severe anxiety, cysts in his respiratory track and adenoidal hypertrophy. In Puerto Rico the treatment options for all of these conditions are an uphill battle due to the lack of specialists on the island. The neurologist that saw him told me that he has to learn to live with all these symptoms and wanted to medicate him without running the proper tests. That is why I have decided to search for better health care options in Boston, Massachusetts in hopes that he can live a normal life. No donation is too small. I have tried to sell lunches, desserts and crocheted crafts but havent really been successful in my attempts. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Durante el último año hemos estado buscando un diagnóstico para sus movimientos involuntarios (convulsiones silenciosas) en el lado derecho de su cuerpo. Con el paso del tiempo, estos movimientos solo han empeorado, impidiéndole llevar una vida normal. También padece malformación de Chiari, ansiedad severa, quistes en las vías respiratorias e hipertrofia adenoidea. En Puerto Rico, las opciones de tratamiento para todas estas afecciones son difíciles debido a la falta de especialistas en la isla. La neuróloga q lo vio me dijo q él aprendiera a vivir con los sintomas y quería darle medicamentos sin hacerle los estudios pertinentes. Por eso, he decidido buscar mejores opciones de atención médica en Boston, Massachusetts con la esperanza de que pueda llevar una vida normal. He intentado vender almuerzos, tejidos a crochet y postres, pero no he tenido éxito. Ninguna donación es muy pequeña! ¡Agradeceré mucho cualquier ayuda!
