Support Aiden Cheek's fight against Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Hello, my name is Blake Kime. My softball team and I are putting together this GoFundMe for Aiden Cheek, who was recently diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Aiden is a 21-year-old from Bellevue, OH, who has been a part of our softball family for 6 years.

During our trip to Cincinnati, OH, and the Nazarene National Tournament, Aiden was attempting to score on what would be a close play at the plate. The ensuing collision with the catcher left Aiden struggling to breathe, and a trip to the ER led to the discovery of a ruptured spleen. Tests at the hospital revealed enlarged lymph nodes, a mass, and soon the diagnosis of Hodgkin's Lymphoma after a biopsy of the area.

Aiden and his family are very involved in the local church and all things to do with softball. We are hoping that this GoFundMe will ease the financial burden of Aiden's medical journey. We are also planning a spaghetti dinner at the Sandusky Church of the Nazarene on Dec. 7th from 6-8 pm. The cost is $10 per person; under 3 eat free. The address is 1617 Milan Rd., Sandusky, OH 44870.
