Good morning, my name is Aida and I am a breast cancer survivor with a long history of serious health conditions, including congestive heart failure. Despite these ongoing medical challenges, I have always worked hard to remain self-sufficient and positive. Recently, my health required me to be hospitalized for five months, which led to a temporary loss of income. During this difficult period, I lost my previous job due to medical absences and was later denied unemployment assistance.

I am grateful to share that I am currently employed again and doing my best to stay stable while continuing to manage my health. However, the gap created by my medical situation has made it difficult to cover essential expenses for this month, including rent, car payment, and insurance. I do not have family support and am relying on my own strength and the kindness of others to get through this challenging time.
