On March 4th, my husband Aidan became critically ill while recovering from spinal surgery. He is currently in intensive care, and while we remain hopeful, we have not yet received a full understanding of his prognosis. What we do know is that the road ahead will be extremely complex, uncertain, and long.

Just ten days before this, Aidan had become a dad—a moment he had been so looking forward to. Being away from this time with his newborn is something that would be incredibly difficult for him, and it makes his recovery all the more important.

Many friends and family have reached out asking how they can best support us during this time. Creating this page is the most meaningful way to do that. Through donations we can be prepared for medical expenses that are forthcoming.

As we focus on his healing, the months ahead will involve extended intensive care, acute rehabilitation, additional support, and significant adjustments to daily life. This fund will help us navigate those needs and ensure he has every opportunity for the strongest possible recovery.
