My name is Ahmed,

a child who took on the responsibility of a grown man when my father was martyred. I lost my father’s love and embrace since I was young and I became the sole breadwinner for my family. I was 13 years old when the war came and we lost everything. We have nothing left, but I am responsible for my 4 siblings and my mother who is very ill. My mother suffers from high blood pressure, arthritis, vitamin deficiency, and now cannot walk due to gout.
