It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Agustin Salas Cortes on October 29th, 2025.
- He was a father, husband, Apui, brother, and a good friend to many everywhere he went, especially in our tribal communities. He touched the lives of so many. Due to this unexpected loss, we were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service, and are now asking for your support to help give him the proper farewell he deserves. Funds will go towards funeral services. We are hoping to raise $9,000 by Nov. 4th, 2025 to cover these costs. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference. We are incredibly grateful for any support, including thoughts, prayers, and messages of support during this difficult time.
