Hi, my name is Charmaine, and I am a trustee supporting Agape World Reconciliation Ministries. I am raising funds on behalf of this ministry because I have been deeply moved by the journey of Pastor Patrick Mathew and by the important work the ministry is doing to bring hope, prayer, encouragement, and practical support to people in need.

Agape World Reconciliation Ministries is a faith-led ministry committed to sharing the love of Christ, restoring hope, and reaching people through prayer, teaching, encouragement, and community support. This work is especially meaningful because the ministry itself was born out of real pain, perseverance, and faith.

Pastor Patrick’s story is not one of ease or comfort — it is a testimony of how God can bring purpose out of pain. From a young age, he experienced deep personal loss, hardship, and emotional struggle. There were seasons of loneliness, confusion, and silent battles that could easily have caused him to give up. He went through a period where he felt tired of everything — tired of life, tired of church, and uncertain about his purpose. Yet even in those darkest moments, he could not completely walk away from God. The Word of God remained a lifeline, and over time, God turned his pain into purpose.

Out of that journey, this ministry was born — a ministry created to reach people who feel broken, forgotten, overwhelmed, or spiritually weary. It exists to encourage those carrying silent burdens and to remind them that they are not alone. Every message shared, every prayer offered, and every life touched through this ministry carries the weight of that testimony and the grace of God’s restoration.

By God’s grace, the ministry has already seen 50 souls won and has supported approximately 500 to 600 individuals and 20 families through prayer, encouragement, and practical outreach. This is a growing work with real spiritual and community impact, and there are plans for a major outreach to schools in the first week of May 2026.

Today, we are seeking support to help secure a church building so the ministry can strengthen and expand its work, having outgrown its current place of fellowship. A larger and more stable space will enable the ministry to serve more effectively, welcome more people, and provide greater consistency for worship, prayer, teaching, discipleship, and outreach.

Funds raised will go towards the practical needs of the church and its community outreach, including securing a suitable worship space, resources, equipment, ministry support, and wider impact initiatives. In a country where many Christian communities continue to face significant challenges, strengthening stable local ministry support is especially meaningful.

As Scripture reminds us, “He has dispersed abroad, He has given to the poor; His righteousness endures forever” (2 Corinthians 9:9). It is our prayer that every act of generosity sown into this work will become part of a lasting testimony of faith, hope, and transformation.

Because GoFundMe does not currently support direct payouts to Nigeria, this fundraiser is being organised in the UK on behalf of the ministry. Funds will be received by the organiser and transferred directly to support Agape World Reconciliation Ministries and its work.
