I hate to have to do this so close to the holidays but it’s gettin hard for me n I need just a little help

i have had 3 surgeries I had THORACOABDOMINAL and LEFT CAROTID STENOSIS SUBCLAVIAN BYPASS

i been having so many complications that I’m not able to go back to work as plan and disability is taking forever to kick in. Anything that’s donated will be greatly appreciated
