Hello, on Sunday, 12/14/2025 I was involved in rear-end collision/hit-and-run. My mother was also in the car. They cowardly left the car with the keys in and got in a getaway vehicle before I could even open my phone to take a photo of said vehicle.

My insurance, Geico, was able to contact the owners of the car that rear-ended me. However, it is unclear if the medical costs are going to be covered by Progressive, the insurance associated with the car. There is a delay in providing me financial assistance to visit an urgent care center to be accessed.

The request for aid is an estimation. I have no clue what to expect because the situation has many unanswered questions. My goal is to use the funds to pay the deductible, cover potential medical bills for two people, and to have a rental vehicle in the meantime.

A donation and/or a share would be deeply appreciated. Those who are closest to me know that it has been an extremely fraught and devastating last few months for me (frankly the worst time in my life) and these unexpected costs are not making it easier.
