Our family has been on a roller coaster ride of a lifetime. After multiple surgeries over the last 3 years for my husband and him not being able to work, we all got hit with COVID-19. I went down first and could not work for a month. I spent two of those weeks sicker than I have ever been in my lifetime. Our daughter also became ill and then my husband. How do you care for someone who is sick that you cannot be near?
With everyone out of work, this has moved our family from being on a thin budget, balancing that tight rope day after day, to barely gripping that rope with one finger. We are not the family to ask for assistance, but now it is needed. We are asking for any donations to help us tread the waters.
Anything beyond what our family needs to get our feet back on the ground will be donated to a local charity to help others through this pandemic. We are grateful for the love and support of our friends, family, and community.
