My name is Zach, and I’m reaching out for help as I face a difficult battles after trying to protect a dog in need. Sativa, a twice-rescued German Shepherd, lives with a neighbor who keeps her locked in despair all day. I’ve witnessed her being choked by her collar from a second-story apartment, dragged down the stairs, and only allowed outside now once a day. She’s underweight, never allowed to play or socialize, and is constantly yelled at. Sativa is clearly afraid of her current owner, and it breaks my heart to see her suffer like this.

When I tried to help Sativa, her current abusive owner became hostile by my intervening. Now, with my total evidence its saving time. Legal fees, retainer costs, and the need for expert witnesses and digital forensics needed to prove what’s happening. There are also court administration costs, subpoenas, transcripts, and discovery expenses that I can’t cover alone. This situation has been overwhelming, but I know it's the right thing to do,. I'm all on my own, no authorities seem to care, as a last resort I had to take it to the news.
