Upwards of 100,000 Afghan refugees are expected to come to the United States in the coming weeks. Displaced families often arrive with no belongings. Our goal for this fundraiser is to raise money to provide these families with the supplies they need for a successful transition into their new homes and lives in the United States.

Funds raised will go toward "welcome baskets" that will include:

• Socks
• Outerwear (jackets, gloves, hats, scarves)
• Personal care products (razors, hairbrushes, deodorant)
• Blankets
• Small home goods

*Receipts for supplies will be posted publicly for accountability purposes.

These welcome baskets will be delivered to Afghan families arriving in Wisconsin at Fort McCoy.
