Organizer Bio — Victor Chambers

Hi, I’m Victor Chambers, a community social worker, veteran, and lifelong Utica resident. I’ve spent years helping people — and now I’m working to build something that brings those same values into daily life: Conversations Café.

I’m raising funds to help launch Conversations Café, a community-driven coffeehouse and creative hub in the heart of Utica, NY.

Conversations Café will be more than a café — it will be a gathering place where great coffee, art, music, and conversation come together. The goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where people from every walk of life can slow down, connect, and belong.

Your support will help with the early costs of turning this vision into reality — securing a location, making essential improvements, and covering start-up expenses like permits, furnishings, and equipment.

This project began as a nonprofit idea but has grown into a community-oriented, self-sustaining business — one that reinvests in people and local creativity while remaining financially stable.
