Dear Friends and Family,

We are reaching out to you with open hearts to ask for your prayers, encouragement, and—if you’re able—your financial support for our daughter, Adrie.

As many of you know, Adrie came into our lives through foster care, and we were blessed to adopt her and make her part of our forever family. She is now 13 years old—a bright, creative, and kind-hearted young girl with tremendous potential. However, her early years were marked by deep trauma, neglect, and instability that have left her struggling to form healthy attachments and trust those who love her most.

We have spent years working with therapists, counselors, and support programs to help her heal, but it has become clear that she needs more intensive, specialized care than we can provide at home right now. After much prayer, research, and counsel, we believe that Clearview Girls Academy in Montana is the right next step (please take a look at this incredible program if you’d like: https://www.clearviewhorizon.com ).

Clearview is a Christian residential program for girls who have experienced trauma, attachment issues, and emotional challenges. It offers a safe, structured, and faith-centered environment where girls can heal, grow, and rediscover hope. The staff are trained to provide trauma-informed care, and the program integrates spiritual growth with clinical therapy (including art, equine, and nature-based therapies) and life skills development. Adrie is eager for this opportunity!

As she embarks on this new chapter at Clearview, we as a family will stay closely connected to Adrie through visits and regular communication. We are committed to being an active part of her healing process, attending weekly virtual family therapy sessions and bi-monthly in-person family workshops, and being involved in her progress as much as we can.

The program lasts up to 20 months, and while we trust this will be life-changing for Adrie, it comes at a significant financial cost—$13,500 per month plus travel and visit expenses. Unfortunately, insurance only covers about 10% of this amount. The balance is far beyond what our family can manage on our own, and so we are humbly asking for help.

We know this is an enormous request. But we also know that God provides through the generosity and compassion of others. If you feel led to support us—whether through a donation, lifting our family up in prayer, or sharing this campaign—we would be deeply grateful.

Every gift, no matter the amount, will go directly toward giving Adrie the chance to heal and build a stronger, brighter future. In addition to financial contributions, we cherish your prayers—prayers for Adrie’s healing and courage, and the strength for all of us to embrace the changes ahead.
