Support Adrienne's Journey Through BPD Hardship

Our dear friend Adrienne is going through a difficult time. Many of you know she has bravely walked the path of having bi-polar disease while carrying on with her profession successfully for a long time. I got to know Adrienne at Carson Newman College when we were in our early Twenties. Her heart for others, for God, for students, and spunk for life have always inspired me as she faces this hardship of BPD. Recently she’s had a few disabling episodes of BPD that have caused her to lose her job of 15 years, incurred a significant financial cost in back taxes, and prevented her from working this summer. She has a part time job lined up in the fall which she is hoping to be well enough to start. She can’t use her retirement savings from her last job with the state, as this prevents her from being hired again by them in the future. She also can’t take out an equity loan because of the negative balance in her account. She is basically cash-broke with the possibility of losing her apartment. To get her through this difficult financial situation I am setting up this go fund me for Adrienne. She felt embarrassed at first but has agreed to let her friends help.
