Hi friends-- its with a heavy heart, I'm reaching out to you all for help. As a full time, single mother-- its not easy to ask for assistance.

On April 28, 2026, I was diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer and have undergone several surgeries to eliminate the tumor that was situated near my arm pit of my right breast. As it did invade the lymphnodes, I underwent a double mastectomy surgery and have

been in recovery all summer. I also started my first round of chemotherapy treatment last Monday, and am thankfully handling it well physically. I will have three more rounds of chemotherapy and then 16 rounds of radiation, among other medications and shots to ensure I get to continue boogying with you all for the long haul.

Here's the hardest ask I've ever had to make..... I need your help with funding, as well as finding a part time job that will allow me to keep the current Medicaid coverage that I currently qualify for.

Now if you know this dance, its a tricky one, I need money to live, but at the same time, cannot make too much that I lose the insurance. And at this time, a full time job is not really very feasible as I am tired a lot.

Like, a lot. But if you know me, then you know how willing and eager I am when it comes to learning new skills. I'll also talk your ear off for a week if given the chance.

So here's to say, does anyone have any experience in this predicament, know of grant/aid programs, or have any leads on a job, ideally part time and remote?

I appreciate you all endlessly and hope we're all ready for the school year to begin!
