My neighbor, Adrienne Pierce, is a hardworking single mom and social worker who has always taken care of others. She has always worked a second job just to stay afloat, but a series of unexpected setbacks changed everything on this past year.

Her car died and had to be replaced, and then she was hit with an unexpected $5,000 tax bill that she’s been paying on monthly. As these costs piled up, she fell behind on rent for the first time ever and now owes $4,500. Her landlord won’t renew her lease until it’s paid in full, leaving her at risk of losing her home.

We’re hoping to raise $4,500 to keep a roof over their heads so she can focus on her child and continue the work she does for others.
