Support Adriana's Journey to the Swartz Family

Hi , my name is Adriana long story short my mother not only made a bad decision on my father ,but also made a horrible decision of giving me my father’s last name. As i will be 18 next year and graduating high school , I would LOVE to hear them announce Swartz at my high school graduation. This would mean a lot to me because everyone in my family has the last name except me , and I would love to not only have the same last name as them but I would be proud to have it . Its not just changing the name from Smith to Swartz for me, there’s a bigger meaning behind it , it’s to remind me of the people who have showed me that they’ll never leave me no matter how hard times get , and that their love is beyond unconditional.
