Support Adrian Flores’ Mission Trip to the Balkans!

Dear Ministry Partners, February 9, 2025

I hope this letter finds you well! My name is Adrian Flores. I am from Simi Valley and am currently a freshman at Baylor University. I am writing to you to share something that has been in my heart lately. I have recently been given the chance to go on a missions trip with my new home church, Acts Church in Waco, Texas, where we will be helping local communities by providing necessities and sharing the good news! Our trip will be from June 15-27.

The trip will be to the Balkans – primarily North Macedonia and Bulgaria – where Acts Church has sent out multiple families and partnered with local ministries over the past few years. During our time there, we will have the incredible opportunity to share the gospel with Muslim communities who are not deeply established in their faith and primarily identify as Muslim because it is the cultural norm. Many of these individuals are open to hearing about Jesus, and our goal is to build meaningful relationships, have conversations about faith, and share the hope and love of Christ with them.

God has done so much in my life this past semester, and one of the biggest blessings has been finding my home church. I’ve been given the opportunity to serve in the youth worship ministry and even co-lead a college life group next semester, where I’ll be able to disciple and walk alongside incoming freshmen just as others have done for me. This trip will help me grow deeper in my faith and better equip me to serve God and my community.

To make this trip possible I need to raise $1800. This will cover travel expenses, lodging, and supplies. If you feel led I would be incredibly grateful for any financial support.
