Support Ado’s journey and the Beaven family

Fundraiser to Support Adrian Beaven (Ado) and his family.

As friends of Ado we are saddened by his illness and the toll this has taken on him and his family. Cancer is never an easy journey and Adrian has faced this with the quiet dignity and strength that those of you that know him well would recognise. Being a private person most of us will never know the true nature of the struggles he has faced over the last several months. Unfortunately, Adrian is very unwell, and of course many of us want to know how we can support Ado and his family. We are looking to raise funds to support the family at this time to assist with anything they may need to be there for Ado.

While this fund raiser is not limited to Christmas Island, many past and present community members recognise that Ado is a big part of this community and a familiar face. As well as donating time to many groups on this island, Ado was always the first person to reach deep and support others.

The love and support already shown by Ado’s friend and family makes a huge difference. Please continue to be a part of all this, if you are able.
