Adonis Thrax Hill has 10 years of experience helping corporate, nonprofit, and arts & culture organizations increase engagement and conversions with his superpowers of strategic planning, project management, and live event production.

As Adonis looks to continue his journey as a creative marketer, he is pursuing a dual certification of Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) from the Digital Marketing Institute & Professional Certified Marketer (PCM), Digital Marketing from the American Marketing Association.

His passion for professional development and social impact fuels his desire to share his learning and experiences with fellow young professionals and the next generation through the professional development resource hub he created: Level Up Development.

Adonis is a marketing professional with demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy, event production, experiential marketing, and communications. An Atlanta native with a strong marketing background from Georgia State University (BBA), he is also a certified project management professional (PMP).

With a proven track record of helping dozens of brands manage project lifecycles, develop marketing and communications plans, and produce events and content, Adonis focuses on driving engagement that yields a return on investment for business and building professional development resources for his communities.
