Hi everyone,

My name is Aditya, and I’m a UC Davis student studying Computer Science. Yesterday, I was involved in a serious scooter crash in front of the ARC. I hit one of the concrete blocks at high speed, fell, and suffered a concussion, multiple bruises, and six stitches on my chin. I was knocked unconscious for a bit and had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance.

I’m incredibly grateful to the people who stopped to help me and to the EMTs and doctors who made sure I was okay. I’m now home recovering, but it’s been a tough few days, physically and financially.

Because of the accident, I’m facing unexpected medical bills, including the ER visit, imaging tests, and follow-up care. My scooter was also badly damaged, which was my main way of getting around campus. On top of that, I’ve had to miss classes and midterms while I recover from the concussion.

I’m hoping to raise $2,000 to cover these expenses and get back on my feet. Any amount, no matter how small, would really help me handle the medical costs and transportation repairs.
