Please Help Support Adelynn Bon and Her Family
My heart is heavy as I write this. I am a close family friend and co-worker of Adelynn’s mother, and their family—rooted in Southern California—means more to me than words can express.
On Saturday, November 8th, Adelynn was involved in a tragic accident in El Paso, Texas. At only 21 years old, she is now in the fight of her life. She remains in critical condition on life support, having suffered a traumatic brain injury, multiple fractures, and other devastating injuries.
Adelynn is a bright, beautiful soul. She has always dreamed of serving her community as a Long Beach Police Officer, and she carries a heart full of compassion, courage, and love. She’s a cherished daughter, a devoted sister, and a young woman with so much promise ahead of her.
As her mother stays by her bedside, the family is navigating unimaginable emotional pain while also facing overwhelming financial strain—unexpected travel, temporary housing, loss of income, and rapidly mounting medical expenses. Back home in California, Adelynn’s 15-year-old brother and 2-year-old sister are being cared for by family members who are doing everything they can to keep life steady for them during this heartbreaking time.
This is a family that has always shown up for others. Now, they are the ones who need us.
If you are able to donate—no matter how small—your support will offer comfort, relief, and a lifeline of hope during the darkest moment of their lives. And if you cannot give financially, please hold Adelynn and her family in your prayers, your thoughts, and your hearts.
Thank you for your compassion, your generosity, and the love you extend to this family in their greatest hour of need.
