On 1/12/26 Monday morning my dad, Adel was struck by a car on his way to work while on his bike. The car fled from the scene but a good Samaritan called 911 for my dad. He was then taken away in an ambulance with a broken femur, broken ribs, and facial abrasions. Tuesday morning he was in surgery to repair his femur from 7am until 4pm. As of right now my dad is in and out of consciousness in the trauma unit. My dad will be in the hospital indefinitely for recovery, observation and additional surgeries. If you know my dad is strong willed, proud and a very self reliant man. Sometimes in life we all need help to heal our broken bones and spirit after tragedy.
