Hi, my name is Tobi Cates, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my sweet niece, Adele, who has Down Syndrome. Adele lives in Jackson, WY, and is currently battling two types of pneumonia. On the morning of September 23, she was rushed to Idaho Falls, ID, to the nearest pediatric ICU and was immediately placed on life support.

Adele’s mom (Jen), dad (Chad), sister (Stella, a junior at the University of Wyoming), and close family members have been by her side 24/7, helping her through this incredibly difficult time. As you can imagine, the cost of lodging, travel, and time off work is creating a heavy financial burden on the family.
