Support Addison's Journey to Diabetes Camp

My name is Kellie and my Daughter Addison is a Type 1 Diabetic and has been living with this disease nearly 10 years. Each summer she gets to go to camp and spend time with other kids that are living the same disease day in and out, this is a time for her to check out from the real world and spend some quality time with others just like her. This camp gives her the confidence to live a healthy lifestyle and to always know that no matter what challenges can occur that they are strong and will overcome the battles.
