This fundraiser is to contributed to Addie’s make a wish.

Addie was born with a very rare heart defect that is fatal. Her condition has caused her to have 4 open heart surgeries. She will have a life full of medical procedures and hospital stays. Addie has undergone things no child should ever have to. She is a member of less than 1% of the population who has her condition. She will fight this fight for the rest of her life.

she is being granted a wish to go to Disney and meet the princesses. Addie is such an amazing little girl. She is beautiful, smart, kind, and so caring. She is such a gift.
