Help Addie, Corey, and Their Girls Rebuild After a Devastating House Fire
On April 28, my sister Addie and her husband Corey faced an unimaginable tragedy. A devastating house fire swept through their home. In the blaze, they lost not just their house and belongings, but also their beloved family dog, Chuck Eye, and cat, Chip. In an instant, everything they’d built for their daughters and themselves was gone.
If you know Addie, you know she has the biggest heart of anyone you’ll ever meet. She’s the kind of person who will drop everything to help someone in need—family, friend, or stranger. I’ve experienced her love and generosity firsthand as her little sister, and I’ve seen her live her life in service to others. Corey is her perfect match: equally selfless, and always ready to lend a hand. But what makes them amazing also means they’ll give until there’s nothing left—always putting others before themselves.
Now, it's our turn to show up for them.
This fundraiser is to help Addie, Corey, and their daughters begin to recover. Donations will go directly toward replacing basic necessities—clothes, shoes, toiletries, household essentials—and eventually, rebuilding a home where their girls can feel safe again.
Every little bit counts. Whether it’s a financial gift, a note of support, or a simple share, your kindness can help ease the burden of this unimaginable loss.
