On a short drive, only one mile away from his home, Adam was involved in a horrible motorcycle accident. He survived 14 days in the Intensive Care Unit at St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis, IN. As he was improving, he suffered from a massive stroke and passed away on April 27, 2025.

He always wished to be laid to rest next to his brother, Ryan, at Neptune Memorial Reef off the coast of Key Biscayne, FL. We are hoping to raise funds for Adam's memorial and plaque. Please help Adam through this GoFundMe page to obtain his last wishes.
