Help Adama Build a Brighter Future Through Education
Adama Jarju grew up in a rural Gambian village with no electricity or running water, where few people graduate high school—let alone attend college. But Adama was determined to break out of the cycle of poverty into which he was born. For nearly a decade after graduating from high school, he has fought against impossible odds to pursue his dream of higher education.
That dream is now a reality: Adama is a freshman at Temple University Japan, studying computer science. His goal? To revolutionize internet access in The Gambia, making it affordable—or even free—so that all Gambians, regardless of income, can get online. But college is expensive, and Adama still needs financial support to stay in school.
Your donation—no matter the amount—helps ensure Adama can continue his education and build a future where knowledge and opportunity are accessible to all. If you can't donate, you can still support him by signing up for our free newsletter to follow his journey.
Donate or share today! Let's give Adama the chance he worked so hard to earn.
